Botão Salvar e Salvar e fechar não funcionam

Olá pessoal

Então, após instalar o joomla, pelo instalador da hospedagem, na área de administração, em NENHUM LOCAL a opção "salvar" funciona.

Pois bem, reistalei várias vezes, e tentei então instalar em um diretorio na pasta raiz, ou seja: public_html/diretorio, daí então, funcionou.

A pergunta é: O QUE ESTÁ ACONTECENDO? ALGUÉM JÁ TEVE PROBLEMA PARECIDO? É O SERRVIDOR?

Pois, se no sub-diretorio, funciona, porque não funciona direto na pasta raiz?

Na instalação manual, nem consegui sair do lugar, a primeira página da instalação fica toda "bugada".

Aparentemente, no IE funcionam, só ainda não descobri porque no Firefox não funcionam.

Bom, por incrível que pareça, após instalar e reinstalar umas 200 vezes, pesquisar em tudo que é canto no google, fuçar, mexer em códigos, e blá blá blá blá....

A solução: Desmarcar bloqueio de janelas pop-up, nas configurações avançadas do Firefox....
