Tem que localizar a caixa do tooltip e colocar um z-index:9999; ou maior se houver necessidade.

Opa achei aki no "window.css" da seguinte maneira.

	position: absolute;
	z-index: 10000;
	display: block;

Editei mas não surtiu efeito !
