in week five Once again Pro football focus Johnathan Hankins Jersey , king of the analytics game, has released their weekly grades for each player league wide. It must have been a difficult task for the guys over at PFF this week finding any positives from the Raiders performance. The Raiders were out played in all phases of the game including coaching.Let’s take a look at the top five highest graded Raiders in week five.Erik Harris- 88.6Erik Harris is making his first appearance in the top five. For the second week in a row, Harris played in more than 40 percent of the defensive snaps.Harris made the most of his opportunities. In 14 coverage snaps, Harris allowed only one reception.Rodney Hudson- 79.1The heart and soul of the offensive line, Rodney Hudson anchored a line starting two rookies and a back up at guard.Hudson is the highest graded Raiders offensive lineman by a lot on the season. After Hudson’s 78.9 Reggie Nelson Jersey , Gabe Jackson is second with a 68.4.Emmanuel Lamur- 76.5If you want a further explanation of this grade you might want to contact Pro football focus yourself. If you looked in the boxscore, you might notice that Lamur did not register a tackle, although he played on 26 defensive snaps.Keep in mind PFF analyzes everything from run defense and pass coverage to pass rush.He must have done something right in the eyes of PFF.Seth Roberts- 76.3No, you aren’t living in a bizarro world, Seth Roberts received a top five grade this week. The sad part is Derek Carr Jersey , Roberts was targeted a team high seven times, catching four balls for 41 yards. How on earth is Seth Roberts ever leading the team in targets is beyond me.Maurice Hurst- 75.8Hurst and fellow rookies PJ Hall and Arden Key are continuing to progress nicely.Hurst seems to be the furthest along at this point, he has made plays in back to back games.Hurst is the highest rated Raider on the year with an 81.0. A lot of people expected the Chargers’ exit from the playoff to occur in the Wild Card game in Baltimore. The Chargers were able to hold off the Ravens for the right to take another trip out east to face the Patriots in the Divisional round. And that’s where it all came crashing down in a game with a final score that didn’t accurately reflect the drubbing that occurred. From the opening kickoff the Patriots handled the Chargers. They went on an 83-yard touchdown drive to open things up. The Chargers would respond with a TD drive of their own. But from there, it was all Patriots. This one was over by halftime with the Patriots leading 35-7 and running back Sony Michel scoring a TD hat trick. We’ve seen teams come back from deficits that big before, but this was not one of those times. If you’ll recall the Colts came back from the exact same deficit (38-10) to beat the Chiefs 45-44 in the 2013 playoffs. Those two teams got a rematch Saturday with the Chiefs again taking a big lead over the Colts. But this time there would be no comeback as they would dominate the Colts on both sides of the ball. Two seeming juggernauts in the top seed Chiefs and two seed Patriots will collide next weekend in Kansas City for the AFC Championship game.Forcing the Patriots on the road is the best chance to beat them. Especially in a notoriously loud Arrowhead Stadium. The game will also feature likely league MVP Patrick Mahomes versus Tom Brady. If there’s any QB in the league right now who could outscore the Patriots Kolton Miller Jersey , it’s Mahomes who threw for over 5000 yards and 50 touchdowns this season.Raiders fans don’t like the Chiefs much. They don’t like the Patriots much either. Really no one likes the Patriots much. Yes, I’m being kind. Despite how hard it may be to watch for many of you, it should be a good game.Follow @LeviDamien
